Property experience you can
trust
There aren't many people who visit Corfu and don't
fall in love with this beautiful and in many ways unique Greek
island. Many decide they would like to invest in land and property,
and would be happy to do so if only they could secure the services
of a trustworthy and capable agent to act on their behalf.
The Corfu Property Shop provides a range
of highly professional and reliable property services and is a
preferred agent of Savills.
Here to hold you hand every step of the way, we can
guide you through the purchase, development and management process
with complete transparency. Our team and its associates, comprising
consultants, civil engineers, architects and lawyers, can provide
you with the necessary information and integrated solutions
required to remove any stress and uncertainty.
Placing our customers first, we work alongside
various engineers, architects and lawyers, in order to
appropriately match them according to location, skills, style and
language needs. We listen carefully to their needs; what type of
property they require, where they require it and we clarify their
expectations before then referring them to one, two or possibly
three teams to chose from. Building or renovating a home
is an important and significant decision and it is essential that
each of our customers can select a team that they feel comfortable
with.
When it comes to the process of buying or selling a
property you also benefit from the extra comfort of being guided
and supported by both the team at The Corfu Property
Shop in Barbati on the north-east coast of Corfu.
The team in Corfu will then liaise with
you directly and once you arrive on the island for viewings we can
share all our local knowledge, explore all the options and give you
our recommendations and even introduce you to banks if you
require a mortgage or other form of finance.
Better still,
our agency does not charge commission to buyers, savings you up to
3% on your purchase costs.
Simply select, we
will do the rest
