The property is destined to be link attached, meaning it will be connected via a small link arch to a single storey property adjacent. If it were a stand alone property in this location its price tag would be substantially higher. Privacy can be created via a division in the landscaping scheme. The position of the pool is for the opposite side of the property to the link. The villa has been constructed to comply with anti-seismic regulations, meaning that its main frame structure is concrete and iron rods tied. This is a requirement for all newly constructed properties. The walls are of brick fully insulated.
