| DESCRIPTION |
| This is a 'complete the build' project for a builder or experienced DIY enthusiast or simply somebody that is adventurous enough to coordinate builders themselves to complete this house. It enjoys a central village position with breath-taking views across the east coast and out to sea. The property belongs to a retired secondary school teacher who now lives elsewhere.
The site has full planning consent and the basement and ground floor slabs and columns have already been laid ensuring its planning permission now stands indefinately. Four columns have yet to be added in order to construct the first floor storey and a traditional timber beam roof. Full architectural designs are available on file at our office.
All services are available and whilst the plot does not have a garden the finished property would boast two balconies offering the most magnificent views. Additional land is available separately for an allotment.
There are advantages to buying a project at this stage in its development. Firstly, there remains opportunity to add value, but you are not starting from scratch with the toughest part of the project on this terrain, which is laying the foundations and structure, as this has already been done. Secondly, you have a blank canvas, in terms of how you divide the internal space and what finishes you require, such as kitchen style, tiles, doors etc.
If you think you would relish this challenge but you aren't certain on where you might obtain general labour and trasmen from then please speak to our office.

| ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |
Spartilas has a great sense of community spirit. It is quite a large traditional village, with church, a few local shops, including butchers and bakers, as well as restaurants and cafe bars where locals play lively games of backgammon and enjoy their favourite tipple - being ouzo probably!
