This site is the ideal and most spectacular location we have seen to construct a private villa. Respecting the land, the few olive trees that would need to be removed in order to construct a home can be relocated to elsewhere within the site. Other trees are spaced sufficiently far apart for vehicular access to be achieved without disturbing them.
Equally a small development of link attached properties can be achieved but again we recommend that this is done in such a way so as to preserve the original characteristics of this plot as much as possible. Buyers seeking to purchase in this area give significant consideration to conservation when making a purchase.
Road access is available adjacent to the land plot and water and electricity are also within close proximity.
